Attention to students who will enroll in undergraduate programs;

1) Undergraduate course registrations will take place between September 11–15, 2025. Students are required to complete their course registrations online and must give consent in the system for their course selections. Advisor approval will not be possible unless the student provides this consent.

2) Students in Year 1 and Year 2 are required to register for courses offered within their own program (i.e., 100% English or 30% English tracks). In the case of a programme conflict, students may be allowed to register for the equivalent course from the other language track, subject to the approval of their academic advisor at the time of advisor confirmation.

3) Students who have previously failed, not taken, or not completed required courses must prioritize registering for these courses. These courses may be selected from different semesters, provided that priority is given to lower-semester courses. With advisor approval, it is possible to postpone only one course from a lower semester per academic term.

4) Students who have completed their internships are required to register for ENM301 / IE301 – Internship I / Summer Practice I or ENM401 / IE401 – Internship II / Summer Practice II, as appropriate.

5) For the ENM319 / IE319 courses, the assignment of project groups to faculty members will be announced on the department website on Wednesday, September 10, 2025. Following this announcement, students must register for the relevant course sections according to the advisor/faculty member to whom they have been assigned.

6) For ENM411 / IE411, project group assignments were previously announced on the department website on August 3, 2025. Students must register for the appropriate course sections based on the faculty member to whom they have been assigned.

7) In exceptional cases, course quota increases will be evaluated and handled by academic advisors during the period of September 16–17, 2025.
